That was the record company’s art director’s choice.

It was reportedly Franklin Delano Roosevelt as a child, but this has been disputed (compare photos below) Evidently, back in the day it was quite the thing to dress up little boys in drag and photograph them that way.

And we think we live in a screwed up society today ...
