Our fee was apparently due in November, but they didn't bother to let us know. Then, they closed our account and rented out our PO Box. Yippeee! We've had this PO Box for nearly ten years.. in the past, they would always put a card in our box letting us know the fee was due. This time, they apparently forgot the card.
