Radio has been a bit like pulling teeth and we have been tracking with station programmers to see if they would add the song....but at this point the best thing to do is call in or email to request the song. If you do, be kind with your requests, and then if they play the song, call back and thank them. Believe it or not, that goes a long way. The majority of these stations have broadcast links over the net, so even if you live nowhere near the station chances are you can listen. These stations were hand picked based off some of your recommendations as well as their overall formats and freedom in programming.
People have also asked about sales for Mutt....and speaking for myself there are about 35 left of the original pressing we made...but then I'm not sure how many the bands store has left since that isn't handled by me. But overall I'd say sales have been pretty good. Some of these magazines doing reviews would help I guess....
Anyway, thanks for the continued support.....

Okay here is the review from Christian Musician, written by Shawn McLaughlin.
"The Lost Dogs new recording, Mutt, seems on first glance to be a bit of filler, containing re-workings of some of the finer songs written for the original bands of each 'Dogs member. That the result is a typical bit of genius from three of the most important artists to emerge in the cloistered world of CCM is a tribute to the timeless beauty and durability of these extraordinary songs. The austere beauty of the stipped-back arrangements, ably abetted by the restrained production of Steve Hindalong (City On a Hill), would expose any formula or calculation if any was apparent, but the musical purity of the Dogs' offerings remains intact. It's fun to hear such identifiable songs as "The Lust, the Flesh, the Eyes, and the Pride of Life" (Mike Roe), "Beautiful Scandalous Night"(Derri Daugherty & Steve Hindalong) and "If You Want To" (Terry Scott Taylor) sung by different vocalists. Daugherty in particular, really shines on Mutt, with a sweetyl sentimental vocal turn on Taylor's "Ain't Gonna Fight It." Plus the band totally nails two of his compositions, the gorgeous "Like a Cloud," replete with dreamy harmonies and the intense paean of devotion, "To Cover You." Awash in chiming Rickenbacker guitars, the cut actually improves on the stellar original. More than just a collection of old chestnuts dusted off to promote nostalgia, Mutt firmly reminds us that the Lost Dogs have few, if any, equals in creating artistically satisfying, spiritually enriching music."
