77s & Michael Roe on iTunes, Amazon, EMusic, etc....

Lo-Fidelity Records and The 77s are proud to announce the release of the long awaited, much asked for, hotly anticipated, never thought you were gonna see it "iTunes and etc. download project".

That's right, you heard right. Much like the albino buffalo, virgin bride, yeti, and skinny male Christian over 30, we imagine you never thought you would live long enough to see this day come to pass. No longer will you have to troll back alley blogs and websites to download these beloved recordings. And to those of you that did, now is your chance to pay for them!! Think of it -- you can sleep soundly knowing that The 77s have tucked away yet another meal, paid another month of rent, filled that tank with gas, and all because you purchased a download and said NO to the bootleggers, hacks, digital pirates, pickpockets and highwaymen!

Over the next few months, Lo-Fidelity will release installments of both 77s and Michael Roe albums onto iTunes worldwide as well as Amazon.com, EMusic, and roughly 25 other online stores. The first installment contains the following albums:

Ping Pong Over The Abyss
All Fall Down
Seventy Sevens
EP
A Golden Field Of Radioactive Crows
Late
Holy Ghost Building

Given that the band has recorded under the 77s name in several different spellings and configurations, for ease of search and online cataloging we have chosen "77s" as the name the band will be listed under online so please search accordingly!

Stay tuned for further news on 77s and Michael Roe digital releases, as well as back catalog re-releases from Lo-Fidelity Records.

As always, thank you for supporting independent music.

Glad to see this. It's bugged me to see 77s stuff on music blogs for download, even though they were out of print.
