the baby elvis?
i notice on chris taylor's new CD (formerly of love coma, and recent opener for the good doctor) he has a song called.... 'jesus and the baby elvis'
does anyone know if this is related to 'mary and the baby elvis, from a certain artist we know and love?

Not really answering your question, but just commenting - I really love the song Mary and the Baby Elvis. It's got such a tremendous beat.
Carry on....

That's not one of my best songs, but thanks for the compliment.
That (along with Wild Blue and Closer) was written to fill up our club sets in the late 80's. The performance on 88 is a bit ragged but a lot of fun, and I really like the solo

What
would you consider to be one of your best songs?

Wild Blue, Mary...and Closer are highlights of that recording, for me. Ragged or not, they are cool tunes.
