-- Is Dennis Phreaq? (http://www.TheLostDogs.com/wbb77/thread.php?threadid=3487)

  Is Dennis Phreaq?

If so, how could he leave us again? If not, where is Dennis? And will Phreaq come back? I hate when anyone leaves... Confused

Posted by JR88 on 08-26-2006 at07:11:

no

Dennis is not Phreaq.....I have met Dennis and he was gracious enough to let me bum one of his rooms for the night.

I will not be leaving again.......at least not for good......there may be periods of short hiatus.....but i'll be here. Cool

Posted by BigDork on 08-26-2006 at07:34:

hey , I stayed with Doc (dennis) once too! and I have met Phreaq. I'm pretty sure they are not the same person. Tongue

dennis is still around, went through (is going through) some tuff times. He posts on the DAmb when he gets the chance.

Phreak will probably be back sometime... Cool

Frown Doctor Sad

I think Dennis is mostly a DA board person that, on occasion, comes to check us out. There does seem to be periodic coming back, anyway.

Doug has an interesting schedule. Some of his hiatuseseseses are work-related, and others are "OOOOOOOKAY--I need some air", but he always makes it back.

Wink Some of us you're just stuck with, Doctor. Big Grin Pleased

Don't be sad, Doc. Freak will return, and wherever he is, he is thinking many good thoughts about you.

Would you even be sad if Joey left? Wink

Posted by Joey T. on 08-26-2006 at10:38:

Sad

i don't even think the doc knows who i am....... Crying

  Super Phreaqey

So is this El trying to inject Doug with her usual combination of Drano and Romilar so she can have her way?

(I've heard that she occasionally uses a Geritol chaser with a Miltown kicker for some of us oldsters)

Stop showing off your pharmaceutical acumen, and assure Joey of your care and concern, you lout!

looking 4 El in all the right places

Hey Big Dorkass,

Me and Linda Miller were gonna go try and find Eleanor at the Eugene saturday market last weekend (was up there playing at Randy Layton's wedding) but I got up too late.

Probably all for the best. Bad things could have happened. Shocked

this thread has been quite enjoyable.

afternoon doc.

nice poster, by the way.

Posted by .evangeline. on 08-26-2006 at12:29:

We drove by the market two weeks ago on the way to the Larry Norman show, but there was no sign of our lady.

Am i an ass and a fucktard, Doc, or just an ass? Is an ass higher than a fucktard in this kingdom?

The best laid plans.... (no pun intended). I had my camera packed, ready to catch the good Doc and "you-know-who" in that..."OH, NO" moment that never came. Would've made a great attachment on this message board. Drat!

Linda

i will accept "asstuck" if it is always combined with "everlasting."
The real Evangeline, beautiful and scholarly does live in socal, but i live in central Cal, just a few vineyards away from the mother of your goth buddy.

Larry did not look good physically. He had huge purple bruises on his tummy (according to his sis-in-law) and right upper arm. About half of the concert was a People reunion, and i have never really cared for them. i was surprised to find a strong prog element in their music. The first half of the concert consisted of Larry in character as Larry 1969. He spoke of his ministry on the streets near Capitol Records, and he shared some of his early songs (had trouble recalling the lyrics to several). i greatly enjoyed this part of the concert, but i have always liked Larry and believed that behind the self-promotion there was much brilliance and spiritual insight. My 15 year old even had a good time. The bbq the next day was also very enjoyable with good food, Larryoke, and many of his rambling thoughts about the trouble with the church. Did you know that one of his rain drains perfectly matches his mother's hat, a fluorescent green?

You came all the way up here and didn't stop by? Not even a phone call? Frown

That's too bad, 'cause we just bought a new bbq. You missed!

Frown Threads like this make me want to pack my junk and move to the West Coast. Unfortunately, this place doesn't seem to be on the way to anywhere.
