Question RE: The Lost Dogs - Summer Tour 2005

any west coast shows coming? Confused

Posted by Provision National on 06-16-2005 at21:36:

Perhaps in the Fall. It is unlikely any will take place this summer, though we are exploring our options.

Posted by Ron E on 06-16-2005 at23:36:

is there a possibility lined up for July 8th in or around Toronto? Or are you still looking for a spot?

Posted by Ron E on 06-16-2005 at23:41:

There is a big folk festival being held that weekend you're in TOronto about 1.5 hours north. Well, big for Canada, Gordon Lightfoot, Sarah Harmer, Murray McLauchlan, TOm Cochrane, are the main performers, want me to check and see if they're still taking last minute people?

Any leads would be appreciated. We'd love to have the Dogs' play there.

THE LOST DOGS:
Terry Taylor, Mike Roe, Derri Daugherty
The Lost Dogs began as an exciting collaboration between four brilliant frontmen/songwriters, creating music that transcended the musical boundaries of their respective bands. Terry Taylor (Daniel Amos, The Swirling Eddies), Gene Eugene (Adam Again), Derri Daugherty (The Choir), and Michael Roe (The 77s, MichaelRoe.com) over the past 12 years have released seven eclectic albums of traditional American music (country, folk, blues, rock) with a decidedly modern feel. Over the course of time, the Lost Dogs have built a loyal and growing base of alt-country and roots fans including genre artists such as Buddy and Julie Miller, the Kentucky Headhunters, and Phil Madeira.

  ST Louis Show

Important note about the O'Fallon Missouri show... we just learned this afternoon that the Coffeehouse that was going to be hosting the show just went out of business. We spent all evening looking at potential replacement venues... we will announce the new location ASAP. Watch the sites for updates.

There is a possibility of some West Coast dates in October if we can find enough people that are interested and who can finance such a thing. If you are interested, or know someone who might be, please contact me at jesse@provisionnational.com. Thanks!
